Pachyman

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and now based in Los Angeles, Pachy García (as Pachyman) draws from his Caribbean heritage and love of classic reggae and dub to craft atmospheric, groove-heavy compositions. With albums like In Dub (2019), The Return of Pachyman (2021), and Switched-On (2023), he reimagines 1970s studio-dub techniques using vintage gear alongside modern production.

His live shows combine analog warmth with a contemporary experimental edge, bringing audiences deep into immersive rhythms that bridge past and present. Pachyman has become a fixture of Los Angeles’s thriving independent music scene while touring internationally.
