Tamar-kali

Tamar-kali is a Brooklyn-based composer and performer whose genre-defying work blends rock, classical, punk, and gospel influences. She scored Dee Rees’s Mudbound (2017), earning a World Soundtrack Award, and later composed the acclaimed scores for Shirley (2020) and The Assistant (2020). As a performer, she leads projects like Psychochamber Ensemble and has collaborated with artists across genres.
