A mix of Brazilian music meant to be played at home with your windows wide open
A mix of Brazilian music meant to be played at home with your windows wide open
    Feb 22, 2026

To me, nothing speaks of summer more than Brazil. Maybe growing up in Argentina meant that summer was a time to visit Rio, Bahia, or the south of Brazil. Also, Brazilian music makes me think of a hot and humid summer night in downtown Buenos Aires (where I grew up) with the balcony doors wide open and my mom playing Gal Costa or Maria Bethânia in our home stereo. With that in mind, I wanted to welcome the summer season with a mix of Brazilian music that I encourage you to play at home with your windows wide open on a hot night in LA.
