    Redesigning Pershing Square

    Pershing Square in downtown LA has long been a source of frustration. Built atop a parking garage and separated from the street by high walls, it attracts homeless residents of downtown but keeps many others away. Design teams are competing to overhaul the park , and the list of teams has just been narrowed down to ten.
