Orange County District Attorney Todd Spitzer announced last week that the city would not move forward with charges brought against Newport Beach surgeon Grant Robicheaux and his girlfriend, Cerissa Riley, in September 2018. The couple was accused of drugging and sexually assaulting multiple women.

Spitzer announced that there was not sufficient evidence to continue, and would be looking to dismiss all charges against the defendants.
