After Super Tuesday, some Orange County regions are bluer than others

Orange County has transformed from consistently voting red to now hueing blue. Last week’s Super Tuesday vote confirmed that. As the region shifts politically, some moderates are concerned about whether the blue wave is too blue.

Bernie Sanders won Orange County on primary day. However, moderates still had a strong showing. The race for California’s 39th congressional district -- involving Republican Young Kim and Democrat Gil Cisneros -- showed that the OC still bleeds a little red.
