    In 2001, wrestling impresario Vince McMahon launched the XFL, a professional American football league operated by the World Wrestling Federation and NBC. Despite hot tubs filled with strippers and scantily clad cheerleaders, it lasted only one season. Now, it's back, and LA gets to join in the fun again.
