Zach Braff

Zach Braff is familiar to TV watchers, movie lovers and music fans alike as the star of Scrubs and writer/director of Garden State, whose soundtrack helped launch KCRW-supported artists like The Shins to mainstream stardom. He tells Anne Litt about his love of poetic lyrics and great melodies, as well as his determination to shine the spotlight on singers who deserve it.
