This week, the UK parliament's Culture, Media and Sport Committee issued a report on NewsCorp after months of investigations into scandal that's engulfed the media giant. The report deemed Rupert Murdoch "unfit" to run the company and asserts that he employed "willful blindness" when it came to addressing the myriad instances of wrongdoing. This is the latest blow to the mogul and his media empire. Kim and John discuss the implications of the report and the fact that Senator Rockefeller from West Virginia is furthering investigations into the company within the US in terms of whether if violated the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977.
