The Violence of the PG-13 Movie

A new study finds PG-13 movies more violent.

Kim and John discuss a new study that reveals that PG-13 rated movies are more violent than they used to be and often times more violent than R-rated films. The MPAA has long been criticized for being too lenient on violence and too strict when it comes to depictions of sexuality and use of profanity. In fact, the MPAA has made it a practice to give movies an automatic R-rating if there is more than one f-word in a film.
