Kim and John discuss Hollywood's love of adapting young adult (YA) novels to the big screen. Divergent, based on the novel by Veronica Roth, is the latest. When these films work they could capture rabid fans and become huge franchises for studios. Divergent is produced by Lionsgate which has had such success with The Hunger Games and the Twilight movies. They hope to have two more movies in this series. The second is already in the works.
