José Galván keeps the energy up with this soundtrack for Cinco de Mayo.
    May 5, 2020

Being that the Battle of Puebla is for one reason or another celebrated as an American holiday — cumbia would be the order of the day for Cinco de Mayo. However, when Anne Litt reached out to me to put together 2 special mixes for MBE, I had to include some of the new fire jams that have come out whilst in quarantine.

Sotomayor, Angelica Garcia, Las Ánez, The Crudes, Ana Tijoux and a fuego collab between Banda MS & Snoop Dogg have all been keeping the energy up for me this week, and will soundtrack my Cinco de Mayo. I've also included some classics and standards remixed in the event that the Tequila inspires you to boogie.
