    Bibiji, a new indian restaurant in Santa Barbara, is lucky enough to sit less than a block away from the Tuesday farmers market. We follow chef Gary Singh as he picks out locally grown eggplants for a traditional North Indian dish his mother and grandmother taught him to cook.
