    Why this California Republican voted against the tax overhaul bill

    KCRW's Larry Perel chats with California GOP Rep. Tom McClintock about why he voted against his party's tax plan.

    This week, the House of Representatives pushed through a tax overhaul bill along mostly party lines. Thirteen Republicans, however, did vote against it. One of them is Tom McClintock, who represents California's 4th Congressional District in Washington, DC. He explained his decision to KCRW's Larry Perel.
