    It’s been a frenzy in recent weeks in Sacramento for lawmakers who passed myriad bills and a state budget as we enter into the more leisurely season of summer. That means less focus on bills, and more focus on beaches. One bill that Governor Jerry Brown signed into law dives deep into the beach access debate, which has often been contentious here in California.
