LA Shopping Centers Get Makeovers, New Panache

Westfield Century City and Warner Center, Santa Monica Place and the Woodland Hills Mall are all being revamped, each in a different way.

Shopping center giant Westfield is revamping two LA malls in big way -- Century City and Warner Center -- while Santa Monica Place is already upgrading as well with a new Arclight Cinemas to boot. The Woodland Hills mall is bringing in a lot of local history art, trying to make it a community center kind of thing. Meanwhile, whither Westside Pavilion without the Nordstroms that's moving to Century City.
