On Thursday, another mass shooting left ten people dead at a community college in Oregon. People always say we need to do something about mental health after these shootings, Josh Barro says, but what would an effective mental health approach look like? Keli Goff of the Daily Beast says she gets sick of hearing the National Rifle Association hide behind the Second Amendment as the reason we cannot change gun laws. "People forget that the constitution had to be changed so that I as a black woman could get the right to vote." The Russians are bombing Syria and they don't appear to be attacking ISIS-controlled areas. According to American officials, some of the strikes were against rebel forces the CIA has trained to fight Syrian President Assad. What can or should the American government do?

Josh Barro (New York Times) moderates from the Center. On the Left is Chris Hayes (MSNBC). Rich Lowry (National Review) is on the Right. Our special guest is Keli Goff (Daily Beast).
