Sonia Sotomayor will become the nation's next Supreme Court justice. When did qualifications take a backseat to the ideology fest and scoring points for the parties? At least a few GOP Senators relented and voted her in. Also, have Healthcare Town Halls been disrupted by a coordinated Astro-Turf brigade? Are these real people or is the anger being orchestrated? Are we in a moment that could lead us to fascism? Tony and Arianna both caution this turn to extremes.
