    The Obama Administration has implemented a health insurance rule change that will allow certain religious employers to stop covering employees' birth control costs. Also, the Santorum surge, the $26 billion banking industry mortgage settlement, the 9th Circuit strikes down California's gay marriage ban, and new revelations about JFK and a White House intern.
