Busting Up Banks, NY Primary, Paul Ryan

Rep. Barney Frank says Bernie Sanders should clarify what size of bank is acceptable.

The Democratic candidates had a good New York-style argument at their latest debate, battling over how to regulate banks. Bernie Sanders says the biggest banks need to broken up. Former Massachusetts Congressman Barney Frank objects that Sanders won't articulate what that size is. Rich Lowry asks what evidence is there that Bernie Sanders knows the right size for a financial institution. Katrina vanden Heuvel says Sanders does not get enough credit for plans that he's laid out in "this city of tabloids." Voters in New York will be choosing their candidates next week. Donald Trump says the nominating rules are a scam. Should there be reforms on open primaries and super delegates? Paul Ryan says he really won't run for president. Why won't anyone listen? Rich Lowry says it's because Republicans don't want to accept they have to choose between Trump and Ted Cruz. "It's a pretty unpleasant choice," says Josh Barro.

Josh Barro (Business Insider) moderates from the Center. On the Left, Katrina vanden Heuvel (The Nation). Rich Lowry (National Review) is on the Right. Barney Frank (Former Democratic Congressman from Massachusetts) is our Special Guest.
