President Obama had a busy week. He and China’s President Xi Jinping agreed on a potentially-historic climate deal this week. Should the US be working closely with China? Members of the House of Representatives voted in favor of the controversial Keystone XL pipeline. Should Senate and President Obama support it too? There are rumors that President Obama plans an aggressive overhaul of immigration policies. Should a lame-duck president work without the support of Congress? Obama also called on the Federal Communications Commission to promote net neutrality. Should we consider the Internet our new highways and railways and regulate it?

Matt Miller moderates from the Center. On the Left, Robert Scheer (TruthDig.com). David Frum (The Atlantic) is on the Right. Chrystia Freeland (Canadian Member of Parliament) rounds out the Center.
