    GOP Agenda, Obama's Pro-Business Maneuvers, US-China Relations

The first order of business for the 112th Congress was its vote to repeal the healthcare law. Also, President Obama courts the business community by ordering a review of government regulatory agencies and appointing the chairman of GE to run his outside panel of economic advisors. Finally, after a state visit by Chinese president Hu, what course should the US be taking with China? (Terrence McNally sits in for Matt Miller, who is off this week.)

The first order of business for the 112th Congress was its vote to repeal the healthcare law. Is that good policy? What should the GOP's policy objectives be for the next two years? Also, President Obama courts the business community by ordering a review of government regulatory agencies and appointing the chairman of GE to run his outside panel of economic advisors. Finally, after a state visit by Chinese president Hu Jintao, what course should the US be taking with China, with regard to trade policy, currency and human rights? (Terrence McNally sits in for Matt Miller, who is off this week.)
