Higher Gas Prices: Problem or Solution?
Romney hangs Santorum by his Senate record. Gas prices keep going up -- but is that such a bad thing? Oh right, maybe it is. US winks at, nudges Syria's opposition.
Mitt Romney torpedoes former Senator Rick Santorum's front-runner status with the GOP base by pointing out Santorum's skills at compromise in his Senate days. Gas prices rise 12 cents a gallon in just a week and President Obama proposes subsidizing energy innovators. But aren't those higher prices the real drivers of innovation? Secretary of State Clinton gives Administration love to opponents of Syria's Assad in remarks to a group called Friends of Syria. But what about all the "Friends of" opposing other dictators in that region? Greece signs its loan papers: are they re-financing...or foreclosing? (David Frum joins us as guest panelist.)
