Is Liberalism in Crisis? China in Transition

Obama and Obamacare had a tough week, with the President declaring he would temporarily allow health insurance companies to renew some plans. Meanwhile, House Republicans passed a more extensive bill to extend health plans, with 39 Democrats supporting it despite veto threats from the President. Could this mean the Affordable Care Act is on the brink of collapse? Across the globe, China announces it will relax its one-child policy and end labor camps. (Rich Lowry joins us on the Right.)
