    President Obama signed a nuclear arms reduction deal with Russia. Bob says it's a step in the right direction; Arianna says any reductions increase our security and the world's. But Tony disagrees completely, saying that Iran and North Korea are the real threats and this deal is pointless. Also, today the Obama Administration announced a mortgage relief deal.
