Seven million Americans sign up for healthcare under the Affordable Care Act. The Obama Administration is trumpeting the numbers, but there might be less that seven million who pay premiums. Is it a good day or bad day? The Supreme Court rules in favor of a conservative businessman and eliminates limits on aggregate campaign contributions. Now a single person can give as much as they want. Is this a victory for the First Amendment, or robbing democracy of its meaning?

Our panel this week includes Mike Pesca (Slate.com), who moderates from the Center. On the Left, Robert Scheer (TruthDig-dot-com). Rich Lowry (National Review) is on the Right.
