Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are their parties' presumptive nominees. As they pivot their positions for the general election, how can they become more likable? "Trump's favorability is already extraordinarily terrible," says Republican pollster Kristen Soltis Anderson. That's "the only thing stopping Hillary Clinton's very high unfavorability from making her path to the White House very difficult." Rich Lowry of the National Review, who came out against Trump during the primary season, has said he will wait to let the dust settle before he supports a candidate for the general election. And Bob Scheer says that Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders tapped into a majority view in this country that the system is broken and favors the elite.

Josh Barro (Business Insider) moderates from the Center. On the Left is Robert Scheer (TruthDig.com, KCRW podcast 'Scheer Intelligence'). Rich Lowry (National Review) is on the Right. Kristen Soltis Anderson (Washington Examiner / Echelon Insights) is our special guest.
