A Senate investigation found the CIA spied on Senate computers. It's just one example of an Obama administration routinely getting caught with their hand in the spying cookie jar. Robert Scheer says "the Obama administration has been dreadful on this," and he encourages the administration to stop the digital snooping and be more transparent. Then, the panel tackles the role of U.S. leadership around the world. Is it fading it? Do other countries take it seriously? Chrystia Freeland says "There's a bad feeling about executive leadership in the U.S." among other world leaders. Meanwhile, the Gaza ceasefire has ended, and reports indicate Hamas has kidnapped an Israeli soldier. Yet, in traditional and social media, there's been an outpouring of support for Gaza residents. Rich Lowry says that the backlash against Israel "is the propaganda Hamas depends on. Hamas is a terror group that is awful for peace in the region. Also, we discuss the prospects of the GOP in Congress moving towards impeachment.

This week's panel includes Matt Miller, moderating from the Center. On the Left is Robert Scheer (TruthDig.com). Rich Lowry (National Review) is on the Right. Special Guest Chrystia Freeland (Canadian Member of Parliament) joins from the Left.
