World markets are on a roller coaster. Is China to blame? It looks like they are entering into a recession. Is there anything the US can do to help? Megan McArdle of Bloomberg View says no. Does Joe Biden have the emotional fuel to run for President? Bob Scheer says there is Clinton fatigue and there is a place for him. But is it too late for him to get into the race? Donald Trump stays in the news and throws Jorge Ramos of Univision out of a press conference, and then lets him back in. What is his appeal? McArdle says Trump is like eating pigs' ears at a boutique restaurant versus eating at Applebee's.

Josh Barro (New York Times) moderates from the Center. On the Left, Robert Scheer (TruthDig.com). Rich Lowry (National Review) is on the Right. Megan McArdle (Bloomberg View) is our special guest.
