So, is it RICO this time?

In Michael Cohen’s purportedly soul-baring testimony before the House Government Oversight Committee last week, there was a suggestion that federal prosecutors in New York are working on additional ongoing investigations and Cohen could not discuss them. This led to a lot of speculation that it could be a racketeering case. Say it with us: “Ken, could it be RICO?”
