    Rob skirts FCC decency regulations by referring to as many objectionable and dirty words as possible, just like on network television.

    FCC regulations – and common decency – require me to be delicate here. But when I started in the television business, about twenty years ago, there were a whole lot of words you couldn't say. There were the obvious ones, of course. Of George Carlin's famous list of the seven words you can't say on television – if you're young and interested, go ahead and Google that if you want to know what they were – most of them are still pretty much forbidden from broadcast television. None of them, however, are off limits for pay cable, which manages to skirt most FCC decency regulations...
