The mom is unhealthily involved in her daughter's life – I have no idea if she knows that her daughter has made her a famous laughingstock on Instagram in what must be the most contemporary kind of Freudian retribution ever, or even if the whole thing is real – but one thing that does ring true is, like a lot of people of a certain age, the mom tries to be cool....
