In this episode of the MBE Podcast, you’ll hear highlights from two recent studio sessions starting with the Philadelphia based band Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, followed by the L.A.-based group Allah-Las.

We had the pleasure of hosting the East Coast indie band Clap Your Hands Say Yeah while they were on tour for their fourth studio release, Only Run. Front man Alec Ounsworth had been busy with a solo project before releasing their latest record but the new album is a strong return to form.

Up next, we feature Southern California’s own Allah-Las. This young group of talented artists has perfected the retro sounds of quintessential Venice Beach and Laurel Canyon. They were recently in studio playing songs off their latest release, Worship The Sun.
