Michael Mukasey is questioned by Republican Senator Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania (on monitor) during his confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee on Capitol Hill. If confirmed, Mukasey will replace former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales.
