    NPR News will provide live, anchored coverage of President Obama's prime-time address to a joint session of Congress on Wednesday, September 9. The President is expected to focus on his plans for the nation's healthcare system. Melissa Block will host our special. In-studio guests include NPR’s Health Policy Correspondent, Julie Rovner and Washington Desk Correspondent Mara Liasson. (Airs 5-6pm)
