President Obama in a televised address from Afghanistan on the new US-Afghan security agreement that details America's role after the withdrawal of US and NATO troops. 4:30pm

One year after announcing the death of Osana bin Laden, President Obama is in Kabul on a unannounced visit. The President will address the nation from Kabul at 4:30pm DST. It is expeceted that he'll discuss the new US-Afghan security agreement that he and Afghan President Hamid Karzai signed today, that details America's role after the withdrawal of US and NATO troops.
