KCRW presents live coverage of President Obama's address to the nation on the US and NATO military mission in Libya, Monday, March 28, at 4:30pm. Special NPR coverage of the President's speech from the National Defense University in Washington, DC will be hosted by Melissa Block. NPR’s National Political Correspondent, Mara Liasson, and a National Security Correspondent, as well E J Dionne of the Washington Post and Brookings Institution and Matt Continetti of the Weekly Standard will join her for our coverage.
