President Obama to Address Nation on Budget, Economic Plan

Last week, President Barack Obama spent a few days in southern California, where he held town hall meetings in Los Angeles and Orange Counties. On Tuesday, he will address the nation in a televised press conference. Obama is expected to discuss the budget and his economic recovery plan. KCRW will carry the press conference live at 5pm.
