This November, California voters will likely decide whether to legalize the recreational use of marijuana. The ballot measure has the backing of former Facebook President Sean Parker and Lt. Governor Gavin Newsom. But are California voters ready to legalize it?

This November, California voters will likely decide whether to legalize the recreational use of marijuana. The Adult Use of Marijuana Act would allow adults to possess a small amount of cannabis. It would also create guidelines for growing, taxation and distribution. The decision could bring billions of dollars to the state, but are California voters ready to legalize it?
