    Tackling homelessness in LA

    Tackling homelessness in Los Angeles will take a lot of funding and  some of that money will come via Measure H, a sales tax. How does the county plan to allocate the funds?

    In March, voters passed Measure H to increase the sales tax, providing $355 million a year on rental subsidies, shelters and services. The LA County Board of Supervisors has approved a plan involving 21 strategies for spending Measure H money when the sales tax goes up in October.
