    This week marks the one-year anniversary of police shootings and subsequent riots that put Anaheim in the national spotlight for reasons no one thought possible: urban blight. Activists vowed to transform the city in the wake of the unrest, and police and politicians promised to listen. What has changed, if anything, over the past year? Can Anaheim ever return to its Mayberry sense of self?
