This year marks a decade since Phoenix businessman Arte Moreno bought Orange County's Angels baseball franchise, becoming the first Latino owner of a major-league professional sports franchise. It's been a stormy 10 years, with Moreno at first endearing himself to fans by spending hundreds of millions of dollars on free agent signings to ensure a winning, then blowing away all that goodwill by changing the team's name to the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. With the Angels heading into the All Star break with a losing record, and fan attendance lower this year, what is Moreno's legacy so far?
