Santa Ana's Pot-Clinic Pratfalls

This afternoon, Long Beach attorney Matt Pappas revealed in a press conference that he had filed a lawsuit in federal court against the City of Santa Ana and Mayor Miguel Pulido for what he alleged were unfair practices in the implementation of Measure BB, which sought to limit medicinal marijuana dispensaries in the city. This came a week after an Orange County Superior Court judge issued a temporary injunction against the clinics Santa Ana are allowing to operate in the city, and just days after video emerged of police officers raiding an illegal dispensary that made national news. Is this the future for California cities as more dispensaries try to open or is Santa Ana in a different league of loony?
