    All this year, Orange County Register owner Aaron Kushner has made national headlines for beefing up the daily newspaper with more reporters, resources, and pages. But merely dominating OC is not enough for him: in the past six months, he's debuted a new daily in Long Beach, purchased the Riverside Press-Enterprise, and announced plans to start a new daily covering Los Angeles next month, in the hopes of becoming Southern California's premier newspaper company. Can Kushner succeed in a way only the Los Angeles Times did--or will he meet his Waterloo in LA?
