    Orange County politics are still recovering after the re-capture this weekend of three felons who escaped from the OC jail. The sheriff's union is accusing Sandra Hutchens of ignoring their warnings about inadequacies at the jail. Sheriff Hutchens, for her part, is expected to ask the Board of Supervisors for more funds to update the jail's technologies. And in a rare show of dissent, a prosecutor criticized the sheriff for the fiasco, drawing a sharp rebuke from OCDA Tony Rackaukas. Who will emerge the winners in a scandal that's only beginning?
