Tomorrow, there will be a candidate's forum for people running for Orange County's First Supervisorial District. The two main candidates are Democrat Lou Correa, who used to to occupy the seat before stepping down to become a state senator, and Republican Andrew Do, a former Garden Grove council member who was also former 1st District supe Janet Nguyen's chief of staff until Nguyen won Correa's state senate seat. Dizzy yet? The special election is OC's first big political race of the year, and yet the latest skirmish in the battle between the Dems and GOP over control of central OC, using Latino and Vietnamese politicians as their proxies. Who'll win?
