    A New LA Food Trend: Food Halls

    One hundred years ago, Grand Central Market catered to the elite of what is now downtown Los Angeles. Its vendors sold staples like meat, vegetables and eggs to Bunker Hill’s Victorian mansion-dwellers. Now the market is full of super trendy restaurants like Eggslut, The Oyster Gourmet and the all-vegan Ramen Hood.
