There are crashes, sliding and skidding. People’s backyards and fences get mowed over. Waze is partly to blame. The navigation app has been sending drivers there as a shortcut during rush hour traffic. Residents have had enough, and they held a meeting Wednesday night with the LA Department of Transportation to find solutions.
