Rumors are flying that Donald Trump’s top campaign advisors will fill his cabinet and other high-ranking positions. For example, Rudy Giuliani might be picked as Attorney General. Trump has said that climate change is a hoax created by China and there’s a chance that climate change skeptic Myron Ebell will head the Environmental Protection Agency. He has also pledged to undo President Obama’s executive orders. How much power will Trump also have to fulfill his campaign promises?

Then, Tim Wu has written about “attention merchants,” from snake oil salesmen to Instagram stars. He talks about his book The Attention Merchants: The Epic Scramble to Get Inside Our Heads.

Should California secede? Cal-Exit started before presidential election, but it got a big support boost this week.
