There doesn’t seem to be a day without news of horrible violence somewhere in the world. We talk to a psychologist about the best ways to process the latest horrific event. When it comes to ISIS, reports indicate that the group is losing ground, but analysts say that may be the reason for the group’s latest attacks. LA author and teacher Carolyn See, sometimes called the Grande Dame of Southern California literature, died in Santa Monica. We look at her life and work.
